Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately as different factories specialized in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Products will take 15 – 30 business days for international orders (depending on location). Some orders may take slightly longer if they are held up by Customs. This is rare but it is unpredictable and out of our control. Please note that due to sending products from different warehouses, if you buy different products that are more than one, each of the products may reach you on different days.
